Terms & Conditions
Day2Day Printings' office is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST Mondays through Fridays. We are closed on weekends and national holidays.
All prices shown on day2dayprinting.com are in USD. All online orders must be prepaid. Day2Day Printing accepts all major credit cards. Payment terms may be available depending on type of purchase, amount, and credit verification.
Quotation & Estimates
Quotes do not constitute final prices and are based only on the information you provide. All price quotes are valid only within 30 business days of their originated date. Day2Day Printing reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Over & under run quantity
We normally deliver the requested order quantity plus extras at no additional charge. However, due to manufacturing processes, Day2Day Printing reserves the right to provide customers with a 10% over or under quantity of the actual order. In cases of significant under runs, we may refund the paid amount and charge only for the delivered amount.
Turnaround time refers to the number of business days during which we manufacture your printing order, beginning with your file approval and ending with production completion. Because each printing product demands a different printing process, the turnaround time will vary for each order. Please note that turnaround time refers only to production time. It does not include the shipping or delivery time from our Los Angeles facility to your final destination.
Cut off time
The deadline for submitting and approving an order is 11 a.m. PST. Orders placed and approved before 11 a.m. are processed same day. Any order placed or approved after 11 a.m. will start processing the following business day.
Next Day Turnaround
A 24-hour turnaround applies only to orders that are placed and approved before 11 a.m. PST. The following types of orders may be eligible for next business day turnaround.
- Do not require multiple processes
- Are completely paid
- PDF proofs are approved before 11 a.m. PST
Please note that a 24-hour turnaround refers only to production time, not to shipping or delivery delays. This service may also allow incur additional charges.
File submission requirements
To help us properly print your order, please adhere to Day2Day Printings' file requirements as outlined in our File Preparation page.
Color proof & Color Matching
We calibrate our equipment on a regular basis and are capable only of matching our own proofs. Therefore, we do not offer an artwork color match guarantee. Please contact us at (877) 436-6177 or email@example.com if you must wish to request a physical print proof, which may incur an additional expense.
Third PDF Proof Additional Charges
If you choose the Free PDF proof option while placing your order, we will send you up to two PDF proofs free of charge during the pre-production period.
However, if you make a correction and request a proof for the third time, a $5.00 fee may be applied to your account.
Note: PDF proofs are intended to ONLY show you what will be sent off to print. We recommend thoroughly inspecting a proof before approval. Attention to issues present with the file in the proof are the customer's responsibility. Please see our "Disclaimer regarding orders" below for more information.

Disclaimer regarding orders
Please check your files thoroughly before submitting them to our online ordering system. Please note that Day2Day Printing is not responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation, grammatical, date, phone number, name, or design errors
- Incorrect file layout submitted by client
- Incorrect file naming that results in incorrect printing
- Incorrect order specifications, including coating type, paper type, quantity, and size
- Submission of low-resolution files that result in low quality printed images
- Incorrect or insufficient information regarding finishing instructions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by client
- File issues after client has approved PDF or hard copy proofs
- Late turnaround due to delayed proof approval
- Submitting files with color modes other than CMYK
- Submitting files without bleed zone or safety zone
- Returned packages due to non-present recipient
Day2Day Printing is not liable for any damages resulting from the unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or logos as uploaded by client. Client guarantees the legal ownership or permission of all submitted files and artwork.
Shipping & delivery
Please be assured that your items will ship out within the turnaround time specific to the product. Estimated shipping date is always mentioned during checkout process.
Sorry but we can not ship to P.O. Boxes. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
Delivery time and charges are not included in our estimates or prices unless specified by our representatives. Day2Day Printing is not responsible for third party delays or damage to shipped orders. However, we will gladly help to solve the matter with the shipping company.
All orders shipped within CA will be charged sales tax as applicable by city to which the item is shipped. Sales Tax not charged for brokers/re-sellers with valid re-sale certificates.
Change to orders
To change your order, please notify us immediately at (877) 436-6177. We will make the requested adjustments and inform you if any additional charges.
To re-order a previously fulfilled order, log into your account and click on the "orders" link at the top of the page. You can then click "re-order" to place another order of the same kind. Please note that Day2Day Printing retains files for only 90 days once an order has been completed. If the file has been deleted, online re-ordering is not available. However, you can contact us at (877) 436-6177 to ask a Day2Day Printing representative to locate your previous order if you would still like to re-order it.
For order cancellations, please notify us immediately at (877) 436-6177. Cancellations must be made before you have approved your PDF proof to avoid any processing charges. If production has already begun, our customer service representatives will inform you of any cancellation charges. No refund will be issued for services such as PDF proofs, hard copy proofs, design services, marketing information, and business consulting. We do not issue refunds once an order has been sent to pre-press. Day2Day Printing reserves the right to charge the client for any services performed on the job up to the point of cancellation.
Day2Day Printing is not responsible for incorrect customer-provided shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, we will re-ship the package to a correct address at an additional charge.

All content of this website, including design, text, graphics, and interfaces information, are copyrighted. Reproductions or storage of content of this website in all forms, media, technologies, and structures now existing or hereafter developed is illegal and subject to the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, Title 17 of the United States Code. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, save, transmit, distribute, or modify the contents of this site in any way without the prior written consent of Day2Day Printing.
Day2Day Printing and its employees and agents are not responsible for any particular incidents, acts of God, delays, or consequential losses resulting from loss of data or profit to client whether Day2Day Printing was notified of these losses in advance or not.
Day2dayprinting.com is the sole user of the information that you provide. We use your information only to update you on file approval, order process updates, shipping and tracking information, new product offerings, promotions, discounts, special offers, and policy changes. We do not share, rent, lease, or sell any of your information to any other vendors that we use to produce products. We may share necessary information with third party vendors such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and other freight companies.
Day2Day Printing is located in Los Angeles, California. Therefore, laws of the State of California shall govern any disputes regarding any transactions with Day2Day Printing. All disputes are subject to settling in the courts within the jurisdiction of courts located in city of Los Angeles, California.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Day2Day Printing and its employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or related to customer's use of the site. You also certify that you own the rights to or have a license to use the images that are reproduced as part of your order.
Right to Subcontract
Due to the nature of our business we may need to subcontract whole or part of the orders we receive. We reserve the right to subcontract whole or part of the orders via our online system or any other ordering methods. We do not share, lease, rent, or sell any customer information with third party vendors.
We are not responsible for postal charges applied to sending proofs or other materials requested by client unless formerly approved by a Day2Day Printing representative.
All sales are final. Day2Day Printing does not provide any warranty for the product(s) manufactured or sold by Day2Day Printing or its affiliated companies.
Technical related issues
Since all products are custom made and have no resale value, we cannot issue refunds for already processed orders. However, we will gladly reprint your order and ship it to you at no cost, given at least one of the following apply:
- Your product has production related defects
- Your product is damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging by the Day2Day Printing facility
Please contact us within three business days after receiving your order for a reprint request. If you didn't receive your order due to shipping issues, please notify our customer service representatives at (877) 436-6177. We may ask that you return your damaged order for further analysis. Day2Day Printing will pay for all return shipping costs of damaged orders.
Reprints are done with the same order specifications and originally submitted file. Reprint orders are processed as next day orders and shipped with originally agreed shipping terms.
Right to cancel orders after they are submitted
We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund client's payment if we realize that order cannot be fulfilled due to short turnaround request or extra requests by client that may add up to the originally agreed prices for that particular product.
Right to promote the picture or story of printed pieces in social media, blogs, and/or other channels.
Unless notified in writing, we reserve the right to use the client's printed images for advertising purposes. This can include, but is not limited to: taking photos of, or writing articles about printed materials and publishing them on our website, social media channels, or blog networks.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to terminate membership or refuse service to any individual or companies based on our representative analysis with or without explanation of cause to client.
