How do I sign up?

You can register here for free.

How do I know the order is placed?

A confirmation will show once the order is placed, containing your order number. An email will also be sent to confirm your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order before proof approval or production. Changes or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in production.

To change your order, contact us via phone, email or through the "Report A Problem" link under your order history. We will adjust the order accordingly and inform you of any additional charges.

For order cancellations, please notify us immediately. A customer service representative will inform you of any charges depending on the stage of the order.

What is the status of my order?

Simply log in to your account and click on ORDERS to view the current status.

How do I re-order?

Log in to your account, go to ORDERS and click on "Reorder".

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as Paypal. A Bill Me Later option is also offered through Paypal.

Can I pay by check?

On normal circumstances, we do not accept payments by check. However, if you are a large organization and placing a large order, we may be able to provide you with other options. Please (contact) our customer service department regarding this matter.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of printing, refunds are only issued in special circumstances. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us. We would be glad to resolve the issue and provide you with a quality product and ensure that you are happy.

FILES & PROOFS

How do I upload my file after the order is placed?

Log in to your account and go to ORDERS. Under "Status", click on Upload File and follow the prompt.

How long does it take to receive my PDF proof?

A PDF proof will be sent to you within 12-18 hours of file submission, not including weekends and holidays.

How do I view and approve my proof?

To view your proof, log in to your account, go to ORDERS and click on "View Proof".

On the viewing page, you can either approve the proof or upload a new file. Your order will be on hold until the proof is approved.

TURNAROUND & SHIPPING

What is the turnaround time for products?

This is the allotted production time for each product, beginning from the time of approval to the time it ships. Shipping time is not included with our turnaround time and varies per state.

How do I expedite my order?

If you need your orders sooner than our standard turnaround, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs. There may be limitations depending on the product you are ordering.

You can also expedite shipping at checkout. Shipping turnaround varies by state and we ship out from Los Angeles, CA.
